Azzie was hatched in Ottawa to a really nice breeder on April 27, 2007. In October, she came to live with her new family. She took no time at all to get comfortable and win our hearts over.

She is very sweet, loving, cuddly, confident and quite often, very silly. She likes to show the dog how big and tough she is by flaring her head feathers every time she sees her. She is one of her mom's dream birds and is so far being more than her mom could ever hope for.

One of her favorite things to do is to eat. She has a very heavy appetite, but in spite of her big appetite, she refuses to eat her fruits and vegetables. Her mom has to mash bananas, which are the ONLY fruit she will eat, and add a bit of mashed vegetables with them to get her to eat them.

Besides hanging out with her mom, who she has bonded strongly with, she also likes to spend time with her birdie sister, Morgan, the Goffin's Cockatoo. They are best friends.
